Whether the teacher is teaching under emergency or other provisional status through which state qualification or licensing criteria have been waived. The baccalaureate degree major of the teacher and any other graduate certification or degree held by the teacher, including the field of discipline of the certification or degree. Whether the child is provided services by paraprofessionals and, if so, the qualifications of these paraprofessionals under NCLB.   Esparto Elementary is pleased to report that every one of our teachers is a “Highly Qualified” teacher under the NCLB requirements. Each is fully credentialed and is teaching with the appropriate credentials and has met the requirements for the area in which he/she is teaching. Our paraprofessional team of instructional assistants, working with our Title 1 students, has also met the requirements set forth in the NCLB laws. If any parent has a question regarding the above matters, please contact Mrs. Veronica Michael, Principal (787-3417).     Que Ningún Niño(a) se Quede Atrás   Un requisito estipulado en la ley que se llama  Que Ningún niño(a) se Quede Atrás nos exige que a los padres se les informe que ellos tienen el derecho de averiguar o indagar sobre la siguiente información acerca de la instrucción de su niño(a):   De que si el maestro(a) ha alcanzado los requisitos que impone el estado y la certificación correspondiente para enseñar el grado y las materias que está enseñando. De que si el maestro(a) está enseñando de modo provisional a nivel de emergencia en el cual se le ha exonerado de no tener los requisitos o licencia correspondiente. De indagar acerca del titulo universitario que posee el maestro(a) de saber si cursó estudios graduados o cualquier otra certificación que obtuvo el maestro(a) incluyendo el área de especialización de la certificación o título. De que si un niño(a) recibe servicios de otros paraprofesionales y si es así cuales son las  capacitaciones de estos  paraprofesionales bajo la ley. La Escuela Elementaria de Esparto esta contenta de reportar que todos nuestros maestros son maestros de "Alta Capacidad " bajo los requisitos del NCLB. Cada uno tiene su credencial y esta dando instruccion con las credenciales apropiadas y ha logrado los requisitos para el area en cual el/ella esta dando instruccion. Nuestro equipo paraprofecionales de assistentes de instruccion, cual trabajan con nuestros estudiantes de Titulo I, tambien han logrado los requisitos impuestos por la ley del NCLB.
