    Daily Bulletin

    Good Morning Esparto High School

Here is your daily bulletin for May 7th, 2008

    Regular Schedule

    SCHOOL NEWS

    • Sober Grad tickets are on sale in the office @ lunch only.  Cost is $15 for grades 9-11 and free for seniors.  Come out for a night of FUN!
    • Yearbooks are on sale!  Purchase your 2007-2008 yearbooks in the office during Lunch.
    • Attention all staff & students!  The Esparto FFA Ag. Boosters are still selling raffle tickets for a cut and wrapped hog to be auctioned off next week.  Stop by Mr. Large’s room to pick up a ticket.  They are only $10.
    • If you are interested in Cheering next year, there will be a meeting on Wednesday at lunch at 1:00 in Mrs. Kenady’s room to discuss camp updates and the parent meeting.
    • Freshmen, if you want to help create the skit and work on the banner, come to the quad during lunch at 1pm.
    • Hey Sophomores, got any spare change? How 'bout an extra dollar burning a hole in your wallet? If so, donate it to your class.  Stop by Mr. Howard or Mr. Large's room today and offload any of that extra cash.  Your class needs it to purchase materials for SPARTARAMA.  So, show some class pride, and stop by and make a donation today!
    • Congratulations are in order! Yesterday, Kate Markel was elected to serve the Yolo Section as their Sentinel for the 2008-2009 year.  Kate will be busy working with her fellow officers to plan worthwhile events for the members of the Yolo Section, as well as expand her own leadership and personal growth.  Congratulations Kate on your accomplishment and dedication to the FFA!
    • Go to the social hall at brunch and get counted for “Wacky Day”!
    • As we spring into action for this year’s Spartarama, keep another annual spring event in mind—our school play.   That’s right; Esparto High School’s annual spring play is just over a week away.   It’s opens Thursday May 15th at 7pm with encores on Friday May 16th at 7pm and a special matinee performance on Saturday May 17th at 2pm.  It’s called ‘Murder’s in the Heir’.  And here’s the twist--it’s an audience-interactive Murder-Mystery Comedy.   What does that mean?  It’s interactive because you get to decide who our murderer will be each night and therefore you will see us act out a  different ending for each performance.  So don’t miss it.   Tickets are 5.00 each and go on sale Wednesday May 7th in the main office.   They’ll also be sold at the door on the night of each performance.   Don’t delay.  Buy yours tomorrow.

Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance

Have a great day and GO SPARTANS!!!
