Facility Use Reservations
Welcome to the Esparto Unified School District Facility Use Reservation Page. We have recently implented an on-line Facility Use Request System through Schooldude.com. Accounts have been created for all district staff.
Outside organizations interested in using the on-line system will need to register to have an account created. To register for an account, click the "Register My Organization" link below. Once an account is created, instructions and account information will be emailed to the contact person listed on the registration form. Organizations that do not wish to register or use the on-line system can still submit Facility Use Requests by completing and submitting a paper application form. To download the paper form, just click on the "Download Facility Use Application Form" listed under Documents below.
Please remember, submitting a request, either on-line or by paper form, does not guarantee use of the requested facility. For information regarding the fees charged by the district for use of district facilites, please refer to the Fee Schedule under Documents below.
By submitting a request to use district facilities, applicants agree to abide by all rules and regulations including district board policies, administrative regulations, and state and federal laws. Copies of district policies are available for review by clicking on the appropriate link(s) under Documents below.
