About Our Department

The Technology department, in conjunction with the Yolo County Office of Education, is responsible for all information processing systems such as student records, District E-mail, network user accounts, shared electronic information; telecommunications for voice over IP Phones and data; desktop and laptop computer support and repair; and district-wide Internet connectivity.

Work requests for technology related issues should be submitted through the School Dude Work Order System - http://www.myschoolbuilding.com  

Items submitted are automatically entered into the Technology work order system and a notification email is sent to the technician.
