Facility Use Reservations

 

Welcome to the Esparto Unified School District Facility Use Reservation Page. Requests for use of facilites may be submitted by completing and submitting the Facility Use Application Form. To download the paper form, just click on the "Download Facility Use Application Form" listed under Documents below.   District employees, please use SchoolDude to request facilities for school events.

Please remember, submitting a request, does not guarantee use of the requested facility. For information regarding the fees charged by the district for use of district facilites, please refer to the Fee Schedule under Documents below.

 

By submitting a request to use district facilities, applicants agree to abide by all rules and regulations including district board policies, administrative regulations, and state and federal laws. Copies of district policies are available for review by clicking on the appropriate link(s) under Documents below.
